Writer문성철 registration2008/08/29 14:25:32 hits15553 질문 : 자유열람실에 있는 좌석배정기를 통해 좌석예약을 할려고 하니 이용할 수가 없는데 어떻게 된거죠? 답변 : 학술정보원 자유열람실 좌석수는 재학생수에 비해 현저히 적은 관계로 인해 예약시스템을 가동하고 있으며 동시에 이용하지 않을 경우 즉시 반납함으로써 자리의 효율성을 기하고 있습니다. 따라서 이용하고 난 자리를 한 학기 3번이상 반납하지 않을 경우 5일간 이용하실 수 없습니다. 다음은 기타 자유열람실 이용제한에 대한 설명입니다. 1. 제적,정학,자퇴,면직,학점교류 학생 -> 열람실 이용불가 2. 신입생 도서관 이용자교육 미수 -> 이용자교육동영상 시청 후 이용가능 3. 도서무단반출, 도서(자료)훼손 -> 해당 제재사항 해제 후 이용가능(각각 180일/360일 이용불가) 4. 연체료 잔금 미납 -> 대출실에서 대출 연체료 완납 후 이용가능 5. 자유열람실 이용정지(대리발권) -> 대리발권이 적발된 이용자로 30일 이용불가 6. 졸업, 휴학, 기타 특별열람 -> 중간, 기말고사 일주일 전부터 시험기간 종료 동안 이용불가 (해당기간은 매학기초 자유열람실 게시판에 게시) 7. 열람실 미반납 -> 열람실 미반납이 3회 확인 되면 5일 이용불가 ※ 열람 좌석은 꼭 사용만료 시간 이전에 반납하기 바랍니다. Writer문성철 registration2010/08/24 09:52:50 hits13268  질문 : 대출된 도서를 예약할려고 하니까 예약버튼이 보이질 않습니다. 어떻게 된거죠?    답변 : 대출된 도서의 예약기준은 이렇습니다.           예약가능한 도서의 경우 한 도서당 3명이 예약할 수 있습니다.           다만, 복본(Copy본)이 있는 경우 복본 수만큼 예약인원이 증가됩니다.           그리고 1인당 예약할 수 있는 도서는 3권입니다.                     신규 오픈된 홈페이지에서는 예약인원이 초과한 도서의 경우           예약버튼이 생성되지 않게 설계가 되어 있기 때문에 예약가능한 도서이지만 예약버튼이 보이지 않는 것입니다.                  이렇게 설계를 한 이유는 너무 많은 예약자가 있을 경우 낮은 순위에 있는 이용자는 오랜 기간을 기다리기 때문에           간혹 예약한 내역을 잊어버리는 경우가 있으며 특히 예약된 도서가 반납되었을때 3번 동안 대출하지 않게 되면 1개월 동안           예약을 할 수 없는 제재가 자동으로 생성되어서 시스템에 문제가 있는건 아닌지 문의를 하는 경우가 많기 때문입니다.
