신청하신 자료의 구입 처리 상황을 개인 E-mail 및 SMS 서비스를 통해 알려 드리며 입수가 되면 가장 먼저 이용할 수 있는 권한을 드립니다.
우선정리도서
검색된 도서상태 값이 정리중일 경우 우선정리신청을 하게 되면 보다 빨리 자료를 이용할 수 있는 서비스입니다.
서가에 없는 도서신청
대출가능인 도서가 서가에 없을 경우 서가에 없는 도서신청을 할 경우 담당사서들이 직접 도서를 찾아주는 서비스입니다.
자유열람실 미반납 확인
자유열람실 이용후 좌석은 좌석배정기에서 반드시 반납을 해야합니다.
매학기 당 3회 자동시간 만료가 나타날 경우 5일간 이용제재가 있으니 항상 확인 바랍니다.

2024년 2학기 학술정보원 사물함 사용기간 만료일을 알려드립니다.
사물함 사용기간 만료일: 2025년 1월 31일(금)
열쇠 반납 장소: 학술정보원 2층 통합인포센터
반납 시간: 학기중 9시 ~ 22시까지
방학중 9시 ~ 17시까지
- 기간 안에 사물함 내용물을 정리해 주시고 열쇠를 즉시 반납해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 만료일 이후 사물함을 임의로 정리하며 보관된 물품은 일정 기간(6개월) 보관 후 폐기할 예정입니다.
- 이후 발생하는 여러 가지 문제(분실 등)에 대해서는 학술정보원에서 책임지지 않습니다.
- 사물함 열쇠를 기한 내 미반납하거나 파손에 대한 변상을 이행하지 않을 시 모든 증명서의 교부 또는 발급 보류를 요청합니다.

학술정보원 이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

1. 기간 : 2024년 12월 23일(월) ~ 2025년 3월 3일(월)
2. 이용시간 : 오전 9시 ~ 오후 5시 (토요일 휴원)
3. 해당 자료실: 1층 멀티미디어실, 2층 통합인포센터 및 라운지, 4층 창의토론라운지, 5,6,9층 자료실
4. 스터디룸(4층),시네마룸(1층)은 오전 10시 ~ 오후 4시 (토요일 휴원)
※ 자유열람실(4층. 3층, 1층, 지하1층)은 연중무휴, 24시간 이용 가능합니다.
※ 운영시간 이외에 자료반납은 1층에 있는 무인도서반납기(24시간 운영)를 이용하시면 편리합니다.
단, 딸림자료가 있는 자료, 연체된 자료, 예약되어 있는 자료는 무인반납이 불가합니다.

여러분의 소중한 학위논문이 잘 활용될 수 있도록 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 논문파일과 인쇄본을 다음과 같이 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
◆ 제출 기간
: 2024년 12월 27일(금) ~ 2025년 1월 10일(금)
※ 점심시간 12:00~13:00에는 학위논문 제출이 불가하오니 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 참고일정 : 일반대학원 학사일정
※ 각 대학원의 접수일정에 따라 제출기한이 변동/연장될 수 있음. 제출기한과 관련한 사항은 각 대학원 교학과로 문의하시기 바람.
◆ 제출 절차
1. 논문 전자파일 업로드
학사정보시스템에 입력된 논문의 제목과 일치여부를 확인한 후 최종논문을 업로드하시기 바랍니다.
1) 학술정보원 홈페이지 -> 상단메뉴 "이용자서비스" > "논문 온라인제출시스템" 클릭
-> 제출방법 숙지 후 서비스바로가기 버튼 클릭 (http://sejong.dcollection.net)
※ 학위논문 온라인제출 로그인 ID : 학번 , PW : 초기 접속 시 생성
2) 학위논문 메타정보 입력(dCollection 홈페이지 내 논문제출방법 참고)
3) 저작권 동의
4) 원문 등록
5) 제출 확인
※ 제출된 논문원문의 제출승인은 매일 11:00, 15:00, 2번 확인됨.
2. (개인공지사항에서 승인공지 메세지 확인)저작권동의서를 출력 후 서명날인
-> 저작권동의서와 학위논문 인쇄본(양장본 제본) 3부를 학술정보원(7층 707-A호)로 제출 (비공개신청서를 작성했을 경우 같이 제출)

※ The submission deadline may be changed/extended depending on the application schedule of each graduate school. For matters related to the submission deadline, please contact each graduate schools teaching department.
◆ Submission Procedures
1. Upload the paper electronic file
Please upload the final paper after checking whether it matches the title of the paper entered in the academic information system.
1) http://sejong.dcollection.net
※ Online Submission of Degree Paper Login ID: School number, PW: Generated at initial access
2) Enter degree thesis meta information (refer to the how to solve the thesis on the dCollection website)
3) Copyright Agree
4) Original text registration
5) Confirmation of Submission
※ Submission approval of the submitted original thesis is confirmed twice daily, 11:00, 15:00.
2. ((Check the approval notice message in the personal notice)Sign and seal after printing the copyright agreement -> Submit copyright agreement and the three printed copy of the thesis to No. 707-A on the 7th floor of the library. (if you fill out a private(non-disclosure) application form, submit it together)

2024년 12월 학술정보원 분실물 폐기처분 안내
24년 12월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 학술정보원 원내에서 습득한 분실물을 폐기할 예정이니 아래 사진과 목록을 참고하여 빠른 시일내에 수령하시기 바랍니다.
<수령 시 유의사항>
- 물건이 본인의 것인지 확인 하기 위해 수령자는 잃어버린 위치와 날짜를 되도록 정확하게 알려주시기 바랍니다.
- 분실물 상세설명과 통합인포센터에서 기록해 놓은 위치, 날짜 등이 모두 불일치할 경우 분실물 인계가 불가능하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
